Returns

If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty items in your order, please contact us via direct message on Instagram at ‘Labellezza.au’ or via email on labellezza.au@gmail.com with your order number so we can rectify the problem.

14 day Return Policy :

La Bellezza’s return policy is valid for up to 14 days after the purchase of goods. We will gladly offer exchange for the value of your purchase of all full-priced items that are unworn and in their original condition.

Please note we do not issue refunds for personalised items, change of mind or for an incorrect purchase. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item, unless the item is faulty.

To qualify for a return :

• Item must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.

  The following items are non-returnable :

• Personalied items, such as Baby Pins and Personalised Rosary Beads (Unless Faulty)

• For healthy and safety reasons, La Bellezza won’t accept returns on Earrings.
